Are you in need of a relaxing day but do not enjoy laying around the house on your days off? Art has been recognized as a way to relax and de-stress for centuries. Inquire about your local art shows to have a stress-free day while enjoying a large variety of beautiful art work. Florida locals and tourists enjoyed this year's 28th Annual Art Fair, in Hyde Park Village, Oct. 15, 2017. Fortunately, the fair is free for all residents and non-residents. The fair is also pet friendly! Dozens of artists joined together to showcase their intriguing works of art. Artists also have original pieces of their work, and cheaper replicas, up for sale, for any interested buyers. Pottery, paintings, sculptures, metal art, jewelry, wood art, and many more types of art, lined the streets of Tampa that Sunday afternoon. Children and their parents, college students, and retired couple strolled through the one-street fair to glimpse under the dozens of pavilions filled with art, from across the country.

"This is stupid." grumbles this man as he passes by the electrically vibrant mailbox waving hello. Surprisingly enough, this lengthy, hand-crafted mailbox, along with dozens of others, are all puzzle pieced in the back of a small U-Haul and travel across the country with their beloved artist, Scott Gerber.

There are dozens of artists showcasing their work at the 28th Annual Hyde Park Village Art Fair. After, art enthusiasts enjoy their fair share of masterpieces, they take a rest in the shade cast from the back of artist's canopies, and enjoy the natural art that surrounds and walks past them.
